2. Role of Facilitator

Agency Disclosure: This website is operated by Top Class Realty ("we," "us," or "our"). We act as an independent real estate facilitator/broker. We are not the developer (Emaar Properties) but serve as an intermediary to assist clients in purchasing units from the developer. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the developer in the official Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

3. Property Information

All renderings, floor plans, pictures, and maps are artist's conceptions and may differ from the actual finished product. Information regarding pricing, availability, and payment plans is subject to change by the developer without prior notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee complete precision of the data provided.

4. Intellectual Property

"Palmiera", "The Oasis", and "Emaar" are trademarks of Emaar Properties PJSC. We use these terms solely for factual descriptive purposes to identify the project being offered for sale. This website makes no claim of ownership over these trademarks.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this website or for any information provided herein.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
